Chrissy is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has extensive experience in both couples and individual work. Some of Chrissy's specialties include grief and loss, and helping parents adjust to their new roles when brining a baby home. These skills make her a great source of support for my clients in their relationships and also for partners of my clients. Chrissy's calm and caring demeanor allows her to create a space in which clients can safely become vulnerable and share their stories.

Hilary Haldeman, LCSW
Hilary is a licensed clinical social worker who brings a holistic, psychodynamic, trauma-informed lens to her work with adults, children and families. Hilary works in a compassionately direct way to help children and families navigate change, loss, trauma and growth and provides both individual and conjoint family sessions in order to strengthen caregiver-child attachment bonds and address emotional difficulties in children.

Michelle Scott, ACSW
Michelle received her Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Southern California. She has worked with a range of individuals in acute hospital settings as a medical social worker and has experience working with adults and teenagers with addiction and eating disorders at residential treatment facilities. Michelle’s therapeutic approach is informed by attachment and psychodynamic theories as well as neurobiology. Michelle draws from these theories to provide a safe space with the understanding that at our core, we have a deep need for connection and to be seen.

Anna, PT, DPT, PRPC earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in San Diego, CA. She has focused her career in the women's health field since the very beginning and is passionate about treating women throughout their pregnancy and postpartum period as well as women with chronic pelvic pain.
Anna's physical therapy treatment is aimed at educating and empowering women by providing one-on-one sessions. She employs a holistic approach including traditional physical therapy methods, yoga, pilates, mindfulness, fascial and visceral mobilization to help her patients reach their goals.
